Located in the Parque das Nações district, the Lisbon Oceanarium is a large aquarium.
It holds the distinction of being the largest indoor aquarium in Europe and is one of Lisbon’s most popular attractions.
With over 500 different species, the Oceanarium accommodates more than 8,000 sea creatures.
The main tank, which boasts a capacity of over 5 million liters of seawater, serves as the habitat for sharks, rays, and other sizable fish. There is also showcases of penguins, sea otters, and a diverse range of marine creatures from various habitats in its other exhibits.
The entrance fee for adults is €25, while children between 3 and 12 years old pay €15.
