Quake tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.

However, it is possible to change the date and time of your visit up to 48 hours before the scheduled time by paying a fee of €3.5 per ticket.

Quake is open daily from 10:00am to 6:00pm.

Quake is located at Rua Cais da Alfândega Velha, 39. The nearest train station is Belém, which is served by the Cascais line. There are also several bus stops nearby, including the Belém stop for bus lines 728, 714, and 727.  If you prefer to drive, there are paid parking in the area.

Yes, Quake is suitable for children. The center offers educational programs and workshops for schools and other groups.

However, children under the age of 4 cannot use the simulator.
